Phil has been involved in the Mergers & Acquisitions space for over 20 years as a private consultant. He has also personally owned and sold multiple companies over the past 30 years. In January of 2018, Phil joined the professional organization of Sunbelt Business Brokers head office in Canada.
Previously, Phil held senior roles in sales management, agricultural development, hardware distribution, manufacturing & distribution, automotive supply & service and clothing manufacturing & distribution all on an international basis.
As an architect of national/international retailer networks, sales channels, supply channel management and vertical manufacturing operations, Phil is adept at strategic & financial management, proforma planning and budget management exceeding $30M. He possesses a strong instinct for interpreting shifts in market trends and P&L data helping to strengthen business development plans, drive dramatic revenue growth, cash flows and EBITDA performance.
